We are currently seeking an intensely motivated and passionate Sales & Marketing Manager who will be responsible for our online and offline presence, as well as outbound and inbound marketing. You will work closely together with Sales, as you will be the first touch point for the customers you yield. You are responsible for acquiring new clients. You will familiarize yourself with your market, define our target audience, and send out personalized B2B bulk emails and advertise online to capture their contact details. You will set up partnerships that will help the Business Development team to close new deals. You make sure the marketing processes are defined. When a new lead is captured via the website or is identified via social channels, you will bridge the gap between the prospect and the sales team. You’re the first face that inbound clients will see, so it’s essential you’re representative and kind. 
 
The Job:
  • Develop our online omni-channel (B2B) marketing strategy
  • Maintain our social media pages and planning
  • Maintain website, write articles and optimize content (SEO, Content Marketing)
  • Develop and implement B2B Consumer Journey using AdWords and Social Advertising (Facebook and LinkedIn)
  • Generate new potential clients for the sales team and continuously find new sources
  • Develop product information sheets, online and offline
  • Create presentation decks for various industries and geolocations
  • Schedule and prioritize timetable for our design team
  • Send out monthly newsletters
  • All work needs to be ROI-driven

Requirements:
  • Bachelor/Master degree
  • Have a strong knowledge of AdWords, Social Media, SEO and Google Analytics
  • A track record for continually improving and optimizing SEM digital marketing programs
  • Experience working with 3rd party vendors, agencies and partner
  • Hands-on experience with different projects and branches.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and both written and verbal communication skills.
  • Native Dutch and excellent English speaker.
